stuff i'm digging.... (day 4)

so. day 4. and i should probably be working out, but i'm more likely just hanging around van like a lazy bum. so. for those of you more motivated than i.
since we're heading into summer, AND i'll most likely be in a bathing suit all the time i possibly can, moving forward.... i've been trying to figure out how to integrate some sort of workout ish routine into my day to day. to be clear, i'm not the type of person who feels as though looking good is something that is important - it is my belief that if you feel good about yourself, you are twice as productive in the real world. for me, getting back in shape is mostly mental - i'm trying to get back to the place i was prior to my injury, as health and an active lifestyle was not only something important to me, but also a part of my day-to-day.
so. thus begins the week of workouts. it's crazy what you can find on pinterest.

a full week of workouts - two types - all from pinterest. it's quite likely i printed these all out to bring on my trip, and even MORE likely that if i did that, i have done approx 17% of the overall exercises. 
sooooooo..... can i live vicariously through you??
