i. love. this. blog.
all you need, is to take a peep at her header... and you fall truly madly deeply. sf girl by bay is a lovely blog run by victoria smith... who manages, daily (with her compadres), to come up with the best of the best in design, interiors, and other goodies that i am constantly drooling over. clean. neutral. fresh. organized. a little bit vintage, and a little bit rock and roll.
so, at the beginning of it all, i don't remember how i came upon victoria's blog, but one of the first entries i read was on her home. and in sharing photos of her living space, i knew we were meant to be (as in, i was meant to be a reader, and she was meant to continue doing what she does). her home is a perfect articulation of her style, and her blog. and i just adore it. and of course - as usual - it inspires me in my own home.
big image heavy post coming up... just so you know.
so instead of speaking to all of the blog posts i love of hers, i'll just leave you with some photos of victoria's home. it's stunning. i love it. please explore.
i encourage you to check out the blog - it's wonderful. and in case you needed more.... this was the most recent post i read - beginning with a note on treeforts:
(i NEED to live in a treefort).

amaaaaaazing jewelry collection. photos. dreamy.
i adore the idea of compilation blogs - people opening up to people like them, and sharing their insights. we all stumble onto the most amazing things on a daily basis, and why not share a space to demonstrate these things? victoria manages this wonderfully. her contributors are all amazing. all of them. and the posts are always straightforward, and simple. which i love (i hate having to exert effort in my blog reading).so, at the beginning of it all, i don't remember how i came upon victoria's blog, but one of the first entries i read was on her home. and in sharing photos of her living space, i knew we were meant to be (as in, i was meant to be a reader, and she was meant to continue doing what she does). her home is a perfect articulation of her style, and her blog. and i just adore it. and of course - as usual - it inspires me in my own home.
