GOOD gives us reminders on how to live a balanced lifestyle.
And - a reminder that I should take my own advice and…
- stop working until 9:30 pm
- stop drinking starbucks so much
- get in bed earlier, to fall asleep faster (or at least rest my mind when I'm only actually sleeping for 3 hours a night)
- that it's ok that I'm anal about my health. It's probably saved my life in the past 6 months.
