book in hand - classics list

updated: just finished catcher in the rye (for the REAL reading... not because i had to in school). may 19th.
I've been looking to expand my book repertoire a little - not just because I feel like the books I read say a bit more about me than I care to share (aka. My obsession with chuck pahlniuk), but also because I feel it's my dedication to literary humanity to take in as many of the 'classics' as humanly possible… only problem? The content. I have no interest in romantic reading of the past; no interest in historical portrayals of lovers lost, or death.

Instead - I want to see that - historically speaking - I'm not the only one who feels outcast from society.
So, when I found 'out of print' - an online shop that makes t shirts with 'out of print' logos from books. And lo and behold the list of books is wonderful.
Therefore - I have my classics list:
- Catcher in the Rye
- On the Road
- Invisible Man
- Brave New World (done)
- 1984
- Slaughterhouse-Five
- Hound of Baskervilles
- Of Mice and Men (just bought)
- Atlas Shrugged
- Catch-22
- Streetcar Named Desire
- Lolita
- Wisdom of the Heart
- Tales of the Jazz Age
- Moby Dick
- Master and Margarita
- Naked Lunch (just bought)
- Tale of Two Cities
- Final Blackout
- Farenheit 451

Done and done.
