homemade bagels.

inspired by my friend's fb status that she was making homemade bagels... i decided to try it out. while watching the sopranos. figured it fit.
it was my friend's friend who posted the recipe, and i made a few changes. i added some garlic powder, and i coated both sides in cornmeal for some crunch. and i like the true jewish bagels, so i was trying to make them super fluffy as well. i used half of the recipe, but with the full package of yeast, i ended up using 3/4 cup of water, and a full package of yeast.

the end result was INCREDIBLE. i am printing this recipe, and i am making them ALL THE TIME.
